Burn Permits (Link)
Burn permits are required for all open burning between March 1 and October 31.
COUNTY BURN PERMIT : Effective January 2020, Gallatin County will be hosting a new Burn Permit website for information and purchasing of burn permits. You can purchase a County burn permit here. For those who have purchased Burn Permits in the past from the old website you will have to re-enter your information. This new system is way more user friendly than the old one. Burn permits for inside the Town Limits will no longer be sold. You can now purchase one permit that is good county wide and add multiple locations to it.
